Fall 2021

Designing a space for kids can be quite fun, using colors and textures and toys, bringing back the child in you. However, when being asked to design an occupational therapist’s office, I didn’t know where to start. I spent a lot of time researching the good and the bad aspects to add or take away from a space, how to use materials and objects, and how these individuals learn best. Through my research, this is how I designed the space.
